These terms apply when you opt in to receive text messages from Schenke for Congress.
Opt-in.
By providing your mobile number on a Schenke for Congress signup form, by texting our keyword to our number, or by checking a consent box on a campaign page, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Schenke for Congress at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency.
Message frequency varies. You can expect roughly two to ten messages per month during the active campaign period, with higher frequency in the days immediately before an election.
STOP and HELP.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
Cost.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.
Carriers.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Vendor.
Text messages are delivered through a third-party vendor on behalf of Schenke for Congress.
Privacy.
The information you provide for SMS is governed by our Privacy Notice.
Disputes.
Any dispute arising under these SMS terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, with venue in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
